Food arrived very quickly from placing order and was hot. It smelled very nice and was well cooked, You could tell fresh vegetables had been used and the meat was tender, This maybe personal taste, but i found the food a little bland and lacking in flavour. More spice with depth of flavour needed.

I normally love a curry but unfortunately not on this occasion. I normally have a Naga or Vindaloo and the wife has a Tikka Masala. For this meal I picked a Lamb Naga and my wife had the Tikka Salmon. The lamb in my Naga was tough and fatty. My wife's Salmon was fairly bland when compared to our usual curry restaurant.

The best in Hitchin. The Naga Vegetable Curry is the best Indian dish I have found anywhere. Hot but full of flavour. Timely delivery and piping hot.
